Proximity to M1 Motorway – You will be best off looking for locations within Loughborough town itself and Shepshed. Both towns have a large proportion of industrial estates and office complexes dotted about and both have a short direct road that leads straight to the M. The M1 is a great motorway that connects the north and south of the country so if you can get to M1, you will be able to find tour way to all other parts of the country. 1!.
