Carpet and Domestic Cleaning
Bought a Rug Doctor carpet cleaning machine and started cleaning houses, employed first staff
2013
M&S Food Hall, Barratts London
We became a construction cleaning subcontractor on a number of Marks and Spencer Food Hall constructions and Barratts London Luxury apartments
2017
CleanBow
As our team grew we discovered that the cleaning sector is plagued with an unusually high level of staff turnover, we set out to fix this by introducing our in-house training and recruitment for cleaners. It's success meant an increase of staff retention from 35% to over 85%.
2018
Industrial Cleaning
We took on our biggest Industrial and construction cleaning project at the old AstraZeneca site in Loughborough involving 50 professional cleaners
2019
The Cleaning Cabinet
We started a retail sustainable cleaning brand to help consumers learn simple ways to be environmentally conscious. This venture ended in 2023 but sowed a seed for the next stage of change.
2025
Recruitment and Consulting transformation
A significant loss of 90% business operation during Covid-19 led us on a quest to change our business model. After much consideration, we discovered that we have a solution that most cleaning organisations face- staff recruitment and retention. Our Cleaning recruitment and and consulting is born - we rebrand as CleanBow.
